Pearl Moon Flower collaborates with select brands to extend the life of garments that already exist.
Through our Circularity Partner programme, excess inventory and unsold garments are reimagined into new pieces through our Reimagined line. Rather than remaining unused or being discarded, these garments are thoughtfully transformed through design, embroidery, and artisanal processes to re-enter the world with renewed meaning.
We work primarily with garments made from natural fibres and materials of lasting quality, partnering with brands who share a considered approach to design, longevity, and responsible production.

Lulu Zagame
Pearl Moon Flower’s debut collection was created in collaboration with Melbourne label Lulu Zagame. Known for its romantic tailoring and thoughtful design, Lulu Zagame creates garments that balance femininity with refinement.
Through this partnership, unsold garments from past seasons were entrusted to Pearl Moon Flower and reimagined through hand-led processes, embroidery, and narrative design. This collaboration forms part of Lulu Zagame’s ongoing circularity efforts, allowing these garments to return to the world not as excess, but as pieces with renewed life and intention.

How Circularity Partnerships Work
Pearl Moon Flower partners with brands who wish to approach excess inventory in a more thoughtful and responsible way. Our process is intentionally slow and design-led.
- Step 1 — Garment Selection Partner brands share garments from previous seasons that have remained unsold. These pieces are carefully reviewed for their material quality, construction, and potential for transformation.
- Step 2 — Reimagining Through Design Selected garments become the foundation for new pieces within Pearl Moon Flower’s Reimagined line. Through embroidery, textile interventions, and considered design work, each garment is transformed while honouring the integrity of the original piece.
- Step 3 — Renewal and Re-entry The reimagined garments return to the world as part of a new collection. Rather than remaining unused, they are given a renewed presence and an extended life.
- Step 4 — A Garment’s Next Chapter After years of wear, some garments may one day return to Pearl Moon Flower through our Circularity programme. When possible, they may be thoughtfully reworked again, allowing the piece to continue evolving rather than reaching the end of its life.
Why Circular Partnerships Matter
Many garments remain unused not because they lack beauty or craftsmanship, but because fashion moves quickly.
Circular partnerships allow these garments to be approached differently. Instead of becoming waste, they become the starting point for new design work. Materials, labour, and creative intention are preserved, while garments are given the opportunity to continue their story.
